I transferred all of my files from my old 3DS to the new one just recently.
There's a tutorial online about how to do it. It wipes the old 3ds, though

I all of a sudden have this urge to restart because all I ever played was aerial GS now I'm shit with everything else.

That's account data, and can only be done with one sd card. The fact that the data on the sd card is moved is just an added bonus.
I had 3 or 4 sd cards that i used with my regular 3ds. I could only use one for file transfer. Maybe there's another way but sadly that is not it.

Having played in the past and getting back into the game, Aerial GS lost its appeal for me really quickly when I realized I couldn't Ground Charge. GS just isn't the same without GOTCHA BITCH.

/mhg/, can I get some etiquette tips for charm runs? I just unlocked the coal quest and I want to host it but I'm not sure of what I'm supposed to do in some cases:

1. Do people just rush in without eating or do they take their time trying to get Feline Explorer and shit like that?

2. Should I just farcaster when I get my part of the coals (6, 4 or 3, depending on the number of players) or should I keep mining for more?

Sorry if they are stupid questions, I just don't wanna be THAT GUY who screws over everyone

Probably don't keep mining, get what you need and farcaster.

As for explorer, it's kind of a room to room thing. May wanna figure that out before you guys head out.

The Hayabusa Feather automatically gives you CE+2 without needing to commit anything other than the head slot to those 15 points. Wanting those 5 extra skill points often sacrifices another more significant skill because this game's armors are slot-starved as fuck. If it's the only thing you can gain with your charms, feel free, though.

It depends on the amount of hunters in the room.
-if you're alone or at most with 1 other hunter, you may eat for explorer. Seek the red nodes in areas 6 and 8 afterward.
-if you're in a group of 3 or 4, just skip eating and go to the quest. Don't even mine blue nodes: aim to get 3-4 coals as fast as you can and farcaster to camp. With that many hunters you can emphasize speed since the bulk of your charms will come from the rewards screen.
