Blessing got gutted, it's limited to 50m now and capped at 75% DR. You might say, "But that's not much different from 99% DR!" Nope.

With 99% DR, you take 1% damage.
With 75% DR, you take 25% damage.
You (and your team) is literally 25x LESS tanky than before. That's how badly Blessing was nerfed.

EV is the same, but EV's use has been declining as more people get Zenurik
