Jesus, I'm bad and should feel bad. This guy was supposed to be one of the easier bosses but I still managed to lose even with help? It was a visually stunning fight though, and it was pretty fun even with the gimmick.

Still, why were my Storm Ruler hits doing only like 3k damage to him? People I talked to have said that it takes them five hits to kill him, but it took me almost twice that many.

As an unrelated note, my account ban was lifted for hacking. I did not make an appeal or anything (because I was legit hacking).

Creighton could've been the "evil" version of Sirris questline, that way you can join tongues/get the gesture without losing out on a bunch of cool shit.
Imagine after killing Cursed Crotchrot he's standing over Hodrick - claiming that he watched rocks fall and kill him. Does the introduction to the mad phantom covenant in Hodricks place, letting blind players join it instead of hiding the only new covenant DS3 introduced behind some retarded easily missed approachable enemy.

Later at the bridge there's a summon sign to aide whoever's quest you're doing. If neither are angry at you (joined mad phantoms but not tongues) you have the option to betray one or kill both. Whoever you spare gives you their set, Merchant Hag sells the set(s) of the dead. Sunless Talisman spawns at the grave next to Firelink if Sirris dies, dragon slayer axe spawns at the grave next to Yorshka's Church if Creighton dies.

Whoever you spare lets you fight Hodrick.
Sirris questline continues as usual (boss summon, dies for talisman).
After killing Hodrick with Creighton, he turns and attacks you. If you die a crushed eye orb spawns at the grave next to Yorshka's, allowing you to invade Creighton at the Pit of Hollows. Killing him nets you his axe.

No, I already beat him fine. But my fully charged Storm Ruler attacks were doing something like 60% of what they should have (saw some videos afterward, people were doing like 4.7-5.6k damage a pop, I was doing 3.6k tops). Don't know if range has something to do with it, or if the WA scales with Str, or whatever.

it's not that bad once you get used to it. I am pretty fond of the game now. You should try thinking more about the build you'll make and see if it's really worth it fun wise though, cause nothing's worse than giving up after doing all that shit.

R1 is the best move on literally every weapon in the game. Stop being a little bitch just because From made every other attack completely useless with the exception of pokes.
