You have to be pretty lucky to get 2 of the cards just as you get Copa herself

I was lucky enough to not get the useless cards until Copa showed up and then I got 1 on my next 100% map. I feel sorry for anybody who tries and uses Copa without the cards, It's almost a instant wipe if you get the worst luck.
