you can but if you queue for dps + healer/tank you will get healer/tank literally every single time. Non-dps queues are almost always instant while dps queues are generally at least 30 minutes.

that being said if you are new and leveling your first character I highly suggest leveling a hybrid first and a pure later unless you find a pure class that you genuinely like playing more than anything else. having only dps available to you is just shit.
