inconsistent 4/5 bars means people are using wifi or sharing the connection with people who netflix, not much you can do about it there are top eu players who use wifi from shitty countries (jf_atropos, takamura_be, aerorockman,etc) and there is nothing you can do about it

Chances are you only play sfv which is bad rollback netcode.
