I think you're referring to boosted angel halo which is the only time you should be grinding it. If you want to knw when it'll show up boosted again you should favorite it after you beat it so that version will show up in your favorites and show you how long until it shows up again,

Light pool is like what 7 swords? 1400 sword elements is like 70 non-gacha swords or 7 gacha swords and you can get 4 from casino.
