I was just reminded that today is the 1st year anniversary of my youngest little brother's best friend taking his own life, so I think that probably has a bit to do with why I've felt so upset since early morning today (like 2 a.m. - 6 a.m.) before going to sleep, and after waking back up today again too. Life can be really tough sometimes but it's important to not give up...
