During genocide the narration which is most likely Chara describes Undyne as The Heroine.

It's also implied that the naming of the songs comes from them as well, and the name of the song is Battle Against a True Hero.

Regardless of both of those things, Undyne's motivations are actually pretty in line with Chara's, so it'd make sense for them to like her.

the genocide route forces you to grind and kill absolutely every monster in the area until you get a little message about it, it's boring as hell

use flowey's time machine to get to the sans fight if that's all you're interested in

neutral routes are all the ones where you haven't killed everybody and haven't befriended everyone and gone through True Lab

there are simulators if all you want to do is fight Sans

There are multiple neutral endings, which one you get depends on which/how many characters you kill.
