No, I definitely feel a level of strategy when playing warrior or thief. Often times I'll be looking for telegraphs from the enemy and common rotations so I can exploit them with skills like headshot and shield bash and throw people completely off their game.

I doubt they'll add any new weapons in the next expansion. Some of the weapons we already have are severely underused, like axe and pistol. I would imagine they would focus more on expanding the roles of existing weapons with future elite specializations.

Just started playing again with an i5 6500/380 4GB @ 1080p. When fully maxed I get above 60fps but in WvW and world bosses I drop to around 20-30fps. Which settings would make the biggest difference so I can as close to 60 as possible in WvW and world bosses?

It's simply because of the number of player models. You'll always have an impact even with a top computer in those situation.

Reduce the model limit for more performance. Shadows and reflections are also big hitters if you don't mind losing fidelity.

Never tried that on medium, lots of it is merely trench coats with different trims and cuts. Maybe a properly dyed ancestral outfit could work.
