we (in germany) have civil police cars as well, they look completely stock and are usually 5-series bmws, and since they are mainly used on the autobahn you expect them to ride your tail anyways since that's what bmw drivers mostly do

We have unmarked 3 series (330d), 5 series (525d), 159s (2.4 JTDM), Octavias, Leons, A4s (V6 3.0 TDI Quattro), C5s (V6 2.7 HDI), Mondeos, IS220d, Evo 8s, STIs, etc...
Some of them, especially the Leons (which are modded and remapped) try to lure you into racing them on the motorway so that they can fuck you right after.

I agree with that other user. Police cars should not be race spec. It's just a way for uneducated fuckwits to get behind the wheel and do whatever the fuck they want, all on the taxpayers dime.

If a car is speeding away fast, police should not deliberately try causing a crash by boxing and PIT manoeuvring them on public roads. There's only so many people in high performance vehicles that commit crimes, because it's not feasible to ditch and torch every getaway car.
