IF SO, CAN YOU PROVIDE A PICTURE? THERES AN EXPERIMENT I WISH TO TEST
Cooper Powell
>get a Vita from my brother $50 >ready to follow a guide and brick it
I'm ready for a good Sunday night
James Long
>tfw lurking because of Henkaku, but still get deleted Sure wish all the other shit got deleted that fast.
Luis Sanders
Friendly reminder not everyone in this thread can read your fancy asian cartoon wingdings
Logan Cox
IF you post "You have to go back" Anytime at all in this thread, your mother will die in her sleep, and you'll have to survive on your own.
Immunity cat does not work. Don't try it.
Luis Nguyen
>You have to go back What did he mean by this?
Matthew Torres
you have to go back to /b/
Jaxson Hall
does keeping my vita on the charger while installing stuff mess up the battery
Liam Hughes
I hope Joseph is doing OK.
Ian Evans
How to hack the Vita, non-shitpost edition: >update to 3.60, look on how to do it >go to henkaku.xyz on the Vita >click install, closing the browser if it fails and try again >search for molecular shell on the Vita >if so, then you have a hacked Vita
James Parker
You have to go back, really.
Robert Fisher
I was about to install D4, where's the china at?
Kevin Baker
This is a PSA to purchase a 3DS if you haven't already.
Consoles below 11.0 will only become harder to find the longer you wait!
Do you think its possible to connect a Dualshock to the Vita?
It has the same BT adapter than the TV, doesn't it?
Joseph Gomez
>wasting money for no reason I'll pass.
Joseph Sullivan
>Not having all three hacked user, you're silly. Though I haven't updated REBUG since last year or so since I was on a buy and return spree for all my games.
William Miller
They say this about every singe version. Whatever version you're on just wait a couple of months and it'll be hacked.
Henry Thompson
Why would you do that in the first place? Vita pad is fantastic.
Colton Brown
Project diva dumps when?
Aaron Kelly
isnt that every vita owner anyway? myself included
Dylan Williams
>firmware is already on 3.60
neat
Thanks user
Nolan Anderson
Nah.
Oliver Hill
The triggers are not good.
And above all. This is what homebrew is about.
Zachary Price
>PS3
Is there a /hbg/ guide on hacking them? Where do you get the games, what extension are they?
Jacob Reyes
make sure you dont update cause 3.61 is never ever
Adrian Clark
In defense of Nintendo's awful design decisions for a moment - SNES/GBA/etc emulation is nice on the go, I find.
It's mostly a Pokemon machine aside from that, though,
Sebastian Baker
>Vita $150 >PSTV $50 No contest obviously, I'll buy the PSTV >No memory card Okay, so that $30 more, big de- >No controller Fuck, okay thats another $50- >No USB stick
I fell for the TV meme and already spent more then the vita, fucking hell.
Cameron White
but one at 3.55 or pre hacked or get a hardmod psndl ps3iso sketchy as fuck sites basically .iso or .pkg
Adrian Bailey
Hard for me to waste money when I have none left over. Noot noot, year of discount soup.
Jack Brooks
DIOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Nolan Cruz
Any 3DSbros here? What am I doing wrong?
Julian Edwards
>that moment of ecstasy when you realize the N3DS you ordered is 10.7
John Johnson
>vita doesn't need memory card
>Vita $150 >Memory Card $30 >>Total $180
>Pstv, controller, 8 gb memory card bundle $80
Matthew White
>PSTV $50 But you could literally get a new one from Target for $20 last week.
Blake Morris
Hopefully I don't fuck it up and update somehow
>it came with a 16 gig memory card >the only two games I have on here are 1gb
Christian Davis
Most come with a controller for $50 You will end up buying a memory card anyway because nobody is going to sell theirs with a 32gb card Also it doesn't have USB support (yet)
Isaiah Foster
>you likely aren't using the latest release version
Luke Lopez
Did you read the text? It talks about being outdated.
Leo Sullivan
back up you saves and games if you want if i were you i would remove your psn, make a new one, wipe your memory card and use a new one incase bans come. because they will
Christian Scott
user, it's right in the text Lines 8 to 12
Adam Watson
If there's a will theres a way
Eli Torres
Reposting from last thread. Some user got these. Can anyone get these and reupload?
Civilization 2 pan.baidu.com/ s / 1qXUh3je password: 7x5q
Sebastian Ward
>the two games I bought were digital and tied to brother's PSN account
God damnit
I mean, I guess I could just wipe it and wait to download Spelunky/Shiren later? That'll probably be fine
Guess I'll go ahead and wipe the card now before I get started shit
Carson Bell
Well if no one else does it first I'll be buying Civilization Revolution 2 US and attempting to dump it.
Oliver Price
Just back them up using qcma first if needed. Rather be safe than sorry
Dylan Rogers
Working on my 3DS for the first time and I'm stupid, but the guide has been pretty idiotproof so far.
My current step though, I wanna make sure I understand correctly: "Update your CFW SysNAND to the latest version using system settings (if it is not already) Yes this is safe, stop opening Github issues about it."
Does this mean updating the actual FW through Nintendo? Seems crazy to me.
Isaac Harris
Is MvC3 dumpable already?
Hudson Torres
It's not crazy, because Nintendo hasn't done anything about it. Do it through System Settings.
Tyler Wood
>CFW this is the keyword user
Connor Wood
>tfw three Gundam games dumped but none of them are Breaker 3
Carson Ramirez
Any way to change color saturation in Retoarch cores when playing on my PSTV? It's just a bit too strong for me.
Angel Bell
>tfw nobody reads and sees that Breaker 3 CANT BE DUMPED WITH CURRENT VITAMIN.
Jayden Sanchez
For real?
Dammit, I thought it was only a few games with the save errors. My odin Sphere has been absolutely fine.
My Senran/DQbuilders got fucked though.
Jordan Gutierrez
dont let your vita fall to sleep while in game pretty simple
Lucas Jones
It's not crazy if you bothered to try to understand how things work.
a9lh starts before the system boots. It launches Luma from your SD card Luma write protects the storage that a9lh is on and launches sysNAND.
This means that even if you update sysNAND it can't overwrite a9lh. And since a9lh boots Luma from your SD card, that will still be there after the update as well. Nintendo could technically do some jiggery fuckery and cause your system to not boot, but then you'd just have to wait for an update to Luma, since you'd still have a9lh and be able to recover from a brick. Not that Nintendo would try that, since that type of thing is generally frowned on legally.
This is the real link. The reddit redumpers are complete idiots, good thing someone made a copy of it.
Jace Thomas
>For real? Probably not quite. Henkaku seems to break shit, however, and I'm not sure if we can expect a fix because chink furfag.
Nathan White
Didn't Flow tweet about this and say that people saying this are retarded?
Andrew Perry
>For real? No. also fuck that, im not dumping my games again
Ryan White
...
Thomas King
And if you do want to put your Vita to sleep, just go back to the home screen first. The save issue doesn't occur if you minimize the game and sleep from home.
Isaac Allen
Ahh I see, thanks.
One other question, does de-limiting the processor for N3DS in luma result in any significant battery life losses?
Ryder Hill
...
Dylan Lopez
Where's the guide for turning GBA games to CIA?
Gavin Thomas
This, i had my vita fall asleep on one game but thankfully it was +R and my save got corrupted Last night i went to home menu with the game minimized and had my vita got to sleep several times over the course of ~3 hours and had 0 problems
Jose Cruz
Yeah, you da real MVP
Jacob Garcia
I decided to check out the discord. Pretty sure Flow is right on point about most of the people talking there.
Carson Jones
>didn't add XBlaze Code: Embryo, but Disgaea 3 and Severed t-thanks editer
>tfw no one will ever dump XBlaze Lost: Memories
Ian Howard
russia did
Jaxson Roberts
On this list of vita games there is a colloum that says, "SafeMode" Yes/No.
What does it mean?
Ryan Johnson
still no updated senran kagura,is there?
Nolan Powell
not unless you come up with a way for other people to use patches.
Jaxon Williams
There are no working links of XBlaze out there.
I also checked the russia doc, not there either.
Jackson Roberts
Shit on this post I meant to link this post
Lucas Stewart
some games have patches that work alright
Samuel King
but added* editor* fuck me WHERE? Its not on the russian doc or daibu DON'T PLAY with me
Samuel Jones
Is there any risk in cheking my trophies once my Wifi is turned off?
Tyler Martinez
You will have to rebuild a new steroid.suprx and eboot.bin at the very least. If TheFloW doesn't make a convenient utility to do that (or someone else reverses Vitamin and makes one) then you will have to redump the games completely. There really aren't many other options than those, and putting faith in the one where TheFloW does something right is probably foolish.
Blake Clark
dumb newfag. You don't deserve vitamin so GTFO
Carson Peterson
Wait, there's no English version of EV yet?
Eli Clark
Gundam Breaker 1 doesn't start on boot, using both chinese modules and non.
Aiden Sanders
No
Jackson Harris
sync your trophies and report to us when something happens in the future
Christian Campbell
Oh nvm i found it in the russian doc but the link is dead sorry anons check nyaa
Michael Gomez
But SKEV doesn't. The patch doesn't work on injection, the patch doesn't work in the patch folder.
I wouldn't be telling you this if I didn't try it myself with my own copy being dumped for you guys.
Eli Morris
No :3
Camden Harris
Just making sure user. Thanks for trying
James Jackson
Oh fuck, it died? I knew archiving VPK's was a good idea. ill reupload it later tomorrow. Or should I wait for someone to dump it with 1.2 >implying anyone is going to dump it >only one guy dumped C:E and nobody has dumped L:M
Jacob Rogers
Thanks for the update on that.
Juan Barnes
>seems crazy >says it's safe in bold letters and to stop opening issues about it
Liam Turner
Safe Mode is a flag that can be toggled in eboot.bin that will tell HENkaku to restrict privileged API calls from being used. The short of it is, Safe Mode prevents people from releasing malicious homebrew disguised as games to format your memory card or steal your PSN account, or potentially other creative things. If you get a nag screen saying that Safe Mode isn't enabled on a game you're trying to install (some homebrew might need it to be off, use your judgement there) then you should really, really use VPK Tool or something similar to turn the flag on before installing and launching the game.
Isaac Nguyen
Borderlands 2 link is dead. Here is a version with the 1.07 update included that I found on leddit. Region is USA.
