I think aside from actual Rance release the only factor that could increase /haniho/ activity for good is the announcement of Rance X release date and the start of a promotional campaign for it. Even 5D+VI localisation announcement didn't kept increased activity for very long and a hypothetical nukige will have a much weaker effect.

The expressions I know for "wake up" are: めがさめる and めをさます. If you wanted to command someone to wake up, you'd use imperative form: めがさめろ and めをさませ so if you wanted to politely command someone up using those terms you'd say めがさめろください and めをさませください.

If you wanted to use おきる use example. 起きる being the Kanji spelling.
