Right click the model and "set body groups", it should have entries for eyes, mouths, and eyebrows.

This is normally used to enable/disable optional parts of the model, like HDD bits. In this case they're like bits of sticky tape with face parts painted on.

If not, you can also do the texture swap thing like in XNALara. You'll need a gimp or photoshop plugin to convert to and from the .vtf format.
