The chest and helm "morph" to look different when worn by a Demon Hunter. You'll never see a Druid look like the right, and you'll never see a Demon Hunter look like the left. If you're a rogue who wants to wear that Demon Hunter variation, you're out of luck. If you're a demon hunter who wants to wear the generic look of the item, you're also out of luck.

Each class should always be able to have their own specific options, but generic sets should always remain generic regardless of who is wearing them, and the class specific pieces should be class specific, and come from different items.
There are 8 helmets and 6 chests which share this "morphing" appearance. What they should have done is gotten rid of this "morphing" shit and just made each style of the items have its own item. For example, do something like make all of these chests/helms have the generic look while making the Hide of Fenryr and Kraken Hide Helm have the look that Demon Hunters currently get. If this look is intended to be DH specific, then simply make those items DH only.
