Parry is technically 0f but pretty easy to bait and punish and does no damage on its own so you gotta go into a combo and risk being broken.

People assume it's MK tier garbage, season 1 was a mess, it was Xbone exclusive and still is W10 exclusive, it's M$...
There's a few reasons.
It does combos a lot differently from most fighting games, which probably deters a lot of people. It's also only available on xbone and windows 10, which again deters a lot of people, especially PC players. Its a shame though, KI's probably the best current gen fighting game, and its soundtrack is fucking godlike.

Platform is the biggest drawback by far. I dual boot because of that game only, but I also play it a lot less for the same reason.
