Only thing that's off for me is the mouth, a bit too big and plastic-ish for me. I don't know if the nose looks bigger than it is because of lighting but i'd say mess around with different mouths and see how it pans out before changing the nose.

Fraps takes compressed screenshots that are like 100kb in size.
Afterburner has decided to take lowres screenshots for no apparent reason, and it also takes a screenshot of my browser window everytime I can a screenshot ingame (Im guessing because of borderless window).
