Do all quests in broken isles, all world quests after, then do dungeons, and in the mean time your class hall campaign.

I find it kind of ridiculous that alch has a blood of sargeras transmute when it's BOP and alchemy only uses blood of sarg for a semi-useless trinket and a BoA flaskwhore item that is only useful in a 20+ man group.

Then again, it doesn't really seem like inscription has a decent use for BoS either. Maybe skinning/lw?

Arms and fury are solid choices because they're both very good in PvP and alright in PvE.
Outlaw in PvP could be better but you're begger going for Assassination instead. In PvE it's fun though.
