Also, I kinda prefer how Rebirth 3 handles the discs, compared to VII.

In Rebirth 3, only burned discs are displayed in the equipement screen. In VII, discs that are equipped on another neps are still displayed, and there's no way to unequip them, so you have to go manually on each nep to unequip the discs.
And I still don't know how efficient "damage reduction" actually is.
