You got Zens that don't understand they need to discord shit or else they're jsut a wasted hero slot.

Lowest I ever went was like rank 45 after a fifteen game loss streak.

Discord is basically an E press to make someone leave. You don't even need to secure kills, just E someone rounding a corner and they'll either leave your LoS or die to your beach balls of doom.

does Zarya's barrier go away faster than normal if it absorbs 50% of damage?

I could swear my barrier went away in just a second when I was tanking lots of damage.

You take out the weakest and run, wait for your team to come back and do it again.

Reaper isn't very good with actually confronting people, he's very shy and only likes talking to one person at a time.

Also sneak up on tanks, that's a great way to help your party on koth maps.

There's a few ways to play Reaper.
I only start trying to go from behind when I'm at high charge.
Most of the time I prefer to move with team and punish their tanks when they get to aggressive.

Pop the ones getting shot. I started doing this and it's really helped out. If they'll listen you can call out targets but otherwise just vulture it.

It has 200HP, after that it breaks. If you can do a lot of damage, you shouldn't let Zarya's barrier stop you.

My first match was bad, and our team was bad. Not a big suprise.

In 3'd match i was playing with 5 premades and they was VERY good. Platinum and diamond on both teams.
We lost
In 4th game we lost because i was bad
But in other games i carried/semicarried.
