First time playing dickplomacy.
Is it for real that you can have a brothel or something like that? if so how?
If not, what are the changes in diplomacy and what can i do?

You could've just read the readme. Anyway, you can enable adult content from the camp menu and buy a brothel as an enterprise from guild masters.

Better powerstrike and better shield skill would certainly help.

It's just that their heavy cav line isn't progressing any further beyond them. Of course they would suck if you compare them to other endline heavy cavs, which are one tier above them.
They're just as good as swadian men at arms or sarranid horsemen really

hey dickplomacy user, if I replaced the SceneObj files from diplomacy with the dickplomacy files would that simply add the 2 ladder siege scenes or have the scene names been changed at all?

Backspace helps sometimes although iirc most of the commands you can give through backspace you can also give through the function keys
