So can anyone give me a legitimate argument as to why you can't freely respec artifact traits? It massively punishes mistakes and prevents trying different builds as you progress your weapons.

Before I switched to Blood everything was just completely wrecking my face, I even double checked to make sure I was using my rotation right. Are frost DKs just that squishy?
