Assuming 3 level 6 gems (or even level 7 if you want to push it that far), you still need a pretty sizeable amount of dex if you choose to opt out of Sissel Bracelets and go with glad bands or phadas.

Some classes benefit more from AoeAR. Being able to hit 3 M enemies vs 2 with aoe skills is huge.

AOE ratio is just a rarer and better stats for most builds.

WIth weapons getting more slots and retarded stats it just kills the need for sissel even more.

Swords would suffer to reach high crit rate, and even then, the slightest boost to your crit rate already increases your average damage by a lot

Even with a falconer you benefit from aoe attack ratio for when your circling is on CD.

785/1.25 = 628 crit rate before buffs.

88 + 96 + 75 = 259 from Bow + Base crit alone.

If you dont want to deal with glass mole shenanigans, go ellaganos cards for +80 DEX. So 339 Crit Rate before stat investments. Assuming Lolopanther medal, which should be obtainable with R8, another 20 DEX. 359 Crit Rate. 2x Sissel brings it up to 433, but you could use glad bands insteead.

Then it comes down to gloves, who knows what the fuck gloves you'll be using.

So generally speaking, if you have Archer2 I'd say invest about 269 into DEX after bonuses, before stats from gear is taken into account. The bonuses from party buffs/debuffs like Quicken, Monstrance, and zalciai should make up for the crit resist.
