Sorry. I meant that the rest of the cast's masks are pretty minimal and hardly cover all of their faces, while Goro's wouldn't even have holes to see his eyes through and would be much wider because of the nose.

I like how the biggest worry that Persona fans have about their game is what kind of mask the characters use and how big the UI is.

Persona truly is the superior JRPG franchise compared to Final Fantasy.

That much is true, though with how they're hiding Goro you'd think there is something up with him so a costume that doesn't exactly go with the theme would work. He already wears his color-coded gloves as a part of his everyday outfit instead of Phantom uniform.

Speaking of him as a party member, in previous thread someone posted a translation of a scene with Morgana where it says that 1 heart = 1 Persona and the like. But since they're stealing hearts, wouldn't they be stealing person's ability so summon their Persona? And if the theory that the thieves mindbreak Goro into joining them is true, would he even get a Persona?

Either way, there's lots of room for him to get on their side that doesn't involve being mindbroken like a weak moron, and I think the PTs are noble enough to not be that into the idea of forcing people to join them based on what we know of them.

I watched the 41 minute P5 stream. There were a few little things that annoyed me.

I don't like the knife animation on the calendar. And some of the menu sound effects are annoying (particularly the clinky/chingy coin sounds). It's pretty minor but that sort of thing can get super annoying when you are playing and replaying an 80 hour game.

I menus look fine to me. The only little quibble I have is I don't like the heart shaped health bar.

I think there's a good chance you can turn off the sound effects in the Config menu, I've seen options for similar stuff in other games.

Probably. Hopefully they won't get that aggravating. I do like having sound effects on for the most part. Maybe like Rise's battle voice you just get used to it.
