I've been doing it this way, but it has its advantages and disadvantages
I just cancelled all those profiles and am setting them up again now with better organization and such.
Its handy because some ENB's require you to disable ELFX, they have their own .esp's others require some other .ini setting than another sometimes
By having profiles handle all that it gets easier to manage with multiple ENB's but eventually it gets annoying to keep updating load order and such for new mods you install after making those profiles you see. This way I go from ENB to ENB while testing, effortlessly with it all set up the correct way and I just use ENB Manager to clear the root folder before testing a new one, simple.
Pros and cons but I'm still sticking with this method for now.

Na, Enderal just really doesn't.
Especially the world design.
Enderal doesn't function as a realistic world, it has one city, and two small towns, an Inn near the mountains that leads to no place thats inhabited, and thats it.
The only economy it really has is a few farms that do nothing but provide food for Ark.
Enderal literally makes Fallout 3's economy look logical.
On top of that, since the world makes no sense, and 99% of the NPCs have even less, and more repeated, dialogue to say then even the typical Skyrim NPC, the whole atmosphere just makes it feel obviously fake.

The country was supposed to be a theocratic backwards underdeveloped shithole ruled completely by the religious order though.
Jespar explained it himself, when the Order shut Enderal off from all foreign trade because they were worried about dangerous "ideas" getting into the country.
Thats why they couldn't even stand against the Nehrimese forces, because every other country is actually more powerful than them, because they weren't rule by religion. Its explained in the loading screens - in all other countries, the Order has to share power with the sovereign government, but in Enderal the Order held complete power. They even have a goddamn caste system.

But that still doesn't make sense given that Enderal is, in lore, bigger then Skyrim, and huge swaths of the map are uninhabited for literally no explainable reason.
Skyrim is a backwards underdeveloped nation, and it manages to have many more large cities.
