Changing the *.ini file does indeed work - that's all the launcher is doing behind the scenes anyway. If that isn't working for you, then you're doing it wrong.

So i have been trying to install my pirated copy of fallout 4 and I keep getting this error. When the instalation is around 85% I get an error called "ISDone.DLL".
