3. Positioning is everything, if you get a slow, you can literally kill the enemy hero if they move past the river without creeps to save them

Hon was hardly overwhelming, most heroes had very straightforward 'kits' that had the spells have 2-3 key synergies amongst themselves that was easy to understand the basics of after watching someone else play it or try it out yourself
