I cannot get the dust seals into my tokico calipers. new shitbike but I have never had this much trouble getting them in on other bikes.
they just keep folding over like they are too big, but I took them out so this is getting really frustrating.

they are 2 piece so i'm going to split them when i pick up some torx keys tomorrow to see if that helps.
I actually ended out fixing mine for a grand total of around $300 including new headlights, mounting bracket, indicators, mirrors etc. and I now have a spare orange front cowling I don't need I could have sent you for the cost of shipping (a white one came up on gumtree at the last moment).
