I've been waiting 5 hours plus 2 weeks for this.

You can extract VPK files and make a skeleton VPK bubble installer and then transfer via QCMA. Then you can install the bubble and transfer the rest of the game's content to it's folder. This results in a much faster transfer and installation. The mp4 method will only work for a full VPK, meaning you'll lose time installing it after transferring via QCMA. This method only requires to transfer the files, install a really small vpk in a matter of seconds, and then move the files around Molecule Shell which also takes only seconds.

Pretty much with this method you can transfer and install a game in less than 5 or 10min depending on the size of the game.

Here's the noob guide. Remember:

- You DON’T NEED TWICE THE SIZE OF THE GAME to install
- You can OPEN VPK FILES with WINRAR or similar
- You can make a bubble installer for games zipping eboot.bin and sce_sys folder and renaming to .VPK
- You can transfer .VPK games via QCMA which is faster than FTP

Here's the INSTALLING SKELETON .VPK VIA QCMA method:

- Take your game’s .vpk file and extract all the files using winrar or similar

- Take eboot.bin and sce_sys folder and put them inside a .zip file make sure it’s a .zip file

- Rename your zip file exactly to GAME.VPK make sure it’s in ALL CAPS

- Take the rest of the game’s .vpk content and put them inside a new folder, let’s call it the content folder

- Open QCMA on PC and check your PSP Savedata directory under Settings Applications/Backups

-Make a new folder inside your PSP Savedata folder on PC and transfer both your GAME.VPK and the content folder inside this new folder

- Go to QCMA under your taskbar and click on Refresh Database

- Now connect your Vita to your PC via USB and go into applications PSP savedata and transfer the new folder

- After transferring go into Molecule Shell and under ux0: pspemu/PSP/SAVEDATA/new folder/ you should find your GAME.VPK press x to install and delete the file after installing

- Now open the content folder and press square and select all files then press triangle and choose the move option

- Now go to ux0: app/ and you should find your newly created game’s folder inside, it should contain only eboot.bin and the sce_sys folder so you know which one you’re looking for

- Press triangle and choose copy to move all of the game’s content to that folder

already dumped.
