At a guess though? I'd say that Traveler arrived somewhere between 50-100 years from now. There was only some Chinese base on the moon during that time, everyone was still using Khostov style weapons, and the journey for the three astronauts who found the traveler probably took months.

As for how long the Golden Age lasted, I'd guess 100 years, maybe 200 at a maximum. This is going by the cars mainly, the ones in old Russia are explained away as being due to the mismatched way technology advanced, but I'd say that at 300+ years people would just be using transmats and teleporting between continents at that point.
