Make sure you download the app "Zello" and join the H/o/u group. This is our form of communication when on the road, it's a walkie talkie app for iPhone and Android.
The final checkpoint may require improvisation since there may not be enough space to park in the area depending on how many people show up, but we'll at least try and see.
>12:30 AM (estimated) >END OF CIRCUIT, RETURN TO WHATABURGER REGROUP POINT
>12:45 AM Ritual circlejerk session, improvise what happens next.

Where is the group parking at Dave n Busters???

Is anybody else on their way? We got 13 cars here.

British Engineering here; had to bail myself. I think all that are coming are there.
Good luck, guys.

Well shit, i missed it. Oh well, i wasnt about to go out the full way anyways.
running on the low end as in my engine is the 11.7 spec motor, not the 11:0. It makes more power than the F22c without mods. Mines just old and needs clean up.
and oh hell no. I have no real plans for a swap at all. They're just ideas for what could come.
Finding a way to put a KERS system in would be better fo rthe car than nos.
Ill instruct you in AutoX if you'd like. Im not like a god or anything at it, but ive got the basics down. Ther's alot people at the local auto X who are classed as instructors and will be more than happy to help you learn.
What a small world
Ethan Russell
Also before everyone clusterfucks when they get back from the meet, and so i get also get a general idea.
Who all here would be down for AutoX or Gokarting at MSR (not track 21)
Goodnight sweet princes. Tonight was great even if I didn't get to do the run with y'all. Will definitely be coming next time.
Landon Peterson
Nice seeing you there, man.

Wtf, did yall die? I stopped stopping at the checkpoints because they were just pissing me off so i ran the rest of the course and back home nonstop
Andrew Ward
Dat last touge we ran tho. You're a fast fucker I lost you halfway through
Ayden Torres
Tell me someone took photos of the memorial site.
Robert Bennett
Damn drove straight through downtown on my way back home, just seeing the Houston skyline and the music felt nightwave as fuck. I had to dip early, but it was a blast (and a 4 hour drive). Those were some epic back-road shenanigans lads. Props to the blue m3.

Well, everything went pretty well. We learned quite a bit.
For example, it turns out that the 5000lb Excalibur and 90hp Miata are consistently the fastest vehicle we have.
Most of our members are awful at navigation.
We should meet close to the run location instead of 50 miles away.
We should never run anything that hasn't been scouted prior.
People that can't beat the cruisers on a 50 mile cruise down the freeway aren't allowed to make decision.
And finally, FM224 is the best road we have bar none.
Carson Hernandez
224 is surely the best. My vote is next time we don't waste hours driving all the way west and north and insteads just do the run there and then back the same route
Jonathan Gonzalez
The first leg is best with 980 included.

Three Twisted Sisters for state-wide meet, 6+ months from now:
Well everyone, meet went pretty descent. That being said, there were some good things and bad things about it. The turnout was alright, thought we would beat the record again but that didn't happen sadly. However, saw some new faces, hopefully more will come next meet.Overall, poor Dagumi got into a small accident as soon as we left, the cruisers took a better route and reached to Whataburger before everyone else, VOLBRO stayed while the rest of the new guys left, the "speeders" lost their way and finally met up with the cruisers on the second checkpoint of the run. Everyone decided to stick with as one group, but GS and MugenAC stuck to the original plan. A lot of new things were learned such as, we really need to get organized.. surprisingly the second meet went so well because of that reason, drivers need to know what their doing, no excuses next time (yes that includes me). At the end of the night, it was all good, had a lot of fun, spent a ton of fuel, but it was worth it.

>A lot of new things were learned such as, we really need to get organized
That's been a problem since day one, but I think this caused it to reach critical mass. I don't think I'd be willing to attend the next meet unless I knew we could avoid the chaos and disorganization of the fist half that occurred this meet.
We've been at this for 7+ months, even if 4 of those months were blank, this isn't as excusable as it once was.
It wasn't bad as a whole, but serious reform needs to take place before we can move forward. Or at least if I'm to be moving with it.
We don't have a lot of problems a lot of other groups have, and we have a decent amount going for us, but we desperately lack organization, planning, order, structure, coordination, organization, administration, management, organization, and organization.
It just can not be overlooked any further. We need to use our time more wisely and invest it more into the planning and input stages. There's just too much potential on the table to keep blindly winging it every time.
Samuel Barnes
On the upside, though, the glow sticks used worked phenomenally. It's almost a Zello-tier breakthrough.

Upcoming events: July 29th or 30th: Planning/Mini-meet at Chuck-E-Cheese's in Friendswood at Baybrook Mall. Time TBD.
August 20th: Galveston-Trinity Bay cruise (see image). This will be a much more leisurely activity that takes place during the day. Run will begin at Buc-ee's in Texas City at 10am, and will end at the Kemah Boardwalk for further shenanigans. Run may take longer than indicated on the map depending on if we have to wait for a ferry or if we make multiple trips on the ferry for shits and giggles.
>pulled over for 15 minutes while dagumi exchanges info >brag about being so far ahead
Jeremiah Thomas
yep it worked wonders at keeping our crew together. Im glad i was able to run with my crew yesterday and not basically solo through the whole forest.
Lincoln Hall
eventually i just turned off zello and said fuck these checkpoints and all this horseshit im just gonna complete the course with mugenAC
Eli Johnson
Im going to bring the card to work and try to upload this shit
Evan Richardson
Mind sharing this meets dagumi crash story?
Brody Perry
>miata with a daki
I'm in love.
Justin Rivera
we turned out of dnb eager to go so we were all goosing our throttles. I guess dagumi was too eager. I didnt know he got into an accident. I thought the guy getting out of the car was asking dagumi for help pushing the car out of the way or some shit. But then they were examini g each other bumpers so i was like 'fucking really?" then i pulled over.
Wyatt King
What the fuck happened here?
Joseph Anderson
Ill upload the videos from work. My home wifi isnt stable enough to maintain good connection for mega upload
Bentley Hernandez
I'm curious as to dagumi's perspective.
He just accidentally dropped clutch and hit the guy or what?
Joshua Ortiz
To the guy that wanted my desk, are you willing to come to Alvin to get it? I'm moving at the end of the month and have some other stuff I need to get rid of as well. Coffee maker, rice cooker, a coffee table, and some other shit if you want it.
Justin Brown
a challenger disappears
Yeah. Probably the flywheel snatched him forward when he let the clutch out
Leo Murphy
The gf says you can also have a twin mattress that we have if you want it.
Brayden Diaz
>dagumi crashes into a bear
Justin Jones
Man, I'd totally take you up on some of the other stuff, but I won't need them or have room for them until about a month from now.
Oh shit, that's the guy he hit?
Jayden Cox
THE MADMAN
Caleb Clark
Shit man. I'm moving into a camper for a few months so I have to get rid of this stuff by July 31st.
Asher Bennett
I think the wife was driving and he was the passenger

Huh, i really didn't think it was that unorganized, when I went to the Volvos in Texas it was like 'meet here at 9 then we'll cruise to X,' but when I got there at 9 we had to wait 4 hours for everyone to show up then by 10 miles into the cruise everyone had gotten split up until we reached the endpoint and more than half of everyone got lost trying to get to the endpoint (it was like a 50+ person meet though). I mean thinks could have gone better, but were a bunch of neckbeard gearheads on the internet not 1320VIDEO at Texas 2k .

>Dagumi strikes again >cruisers (and Dagumi) BTFO racerboy group >50 MILES FROM STARTING LOCATION >"WE DECIDED THIS 3 MONTHS AGO™" >Racer group making 30 u-turns >I almost rear ended the m3

Benjamin Rogers
>next meet
>hey guys lets start meeting up at the start point
>'GET ON ZELLO WE ARE GONNA FIND A PLACE TO MEET UP AND CRUISE TO THE START POINT'
Nolan Ramirez
sorry the first time my faggot friend was calling me on fb messenger so my gps exited.
The second time i saw the cop pull someone over so i went full spaghetti and missed my right turn. Continued and had to turn around because we wanted to hang out around the police.
Jacob Rodriguez
It's easy to see when you apply basic math.
Zachary Gomez
its cool, you and miata were the only ones who had the balls to lead; plus you know I got that turn radius bruh
Noah Bell
>KERS? like EMS?
dude i would love to try out some AutoX, i just need some more seat time on the streets and plus time off work also i was the one who suggested the go karts at track 21 for one of the previous meets, i fucking love go karts, just dont have much experience on them
also have you done any cooling mods? i looked into autox style shit and read about a lot of guys doing hoses, rad caps, and thermostats i figured cooling the car would be a good start and super beneficial place to make some improvements on the car
damn guys sorry i missed the meet but i had to work last night. sounds like it got pretty hectic >is dagumi alright? >was the organization the main thing lacking? >sounds like everyone split up and never got back together?
if i never went to the last meet and only read about it, i would think it went terribly but i went and had a great time so i imagine this one was similar
i really dont want to miss the next one, but i got a lotta work and then another vacation
Ethan Morales
Count me in I'll have the slowest car on the track, also if anyone is interested I know someone who runs rallyx in san marcos, I've volunteered to time it once.
Dagumi was fine, I didn't think it was that unorganized but it was my first meet. to my knowledge the only people we lost were the 2 bmw's and the miata who bailed at whataburger and GS somewhere around (revised[?]) checkpoint 2...
Robert Robinson
Yeah you did a 180 in a driveway wide enough for two cars kek
Andrew Roberts
that problem was as soon as i would catch my rhythm there was another cehckpoint to stop at. so i basically just sperged out and decided to bypass all checkpoint and drive with mugen for the rest of the outlined course
John Jenkins
>(and Dagumi) BTFO
Ryan Richardson
>balls to lead
It wasn't balls, it was knowing the area.
Josiah White
>not sandbagging to allow your crew to keep up with you
Angel Martinez
>that Volvo meet
Wow. No, we've never been that bad.
>I mean thinks could have gone better, but were a bunch of neckbeard gearheads on the internet not 1320VIDEO at Texas 2k .
It's a couple things, though. One is we always manage to get separated, lost, or confused every time except meet #2. So it's a chronic problem with us. Second is, the goal is to always improve and try to handle it a little more professionally, and third, TX2K has already recognized us, so why not? We'll approach their level eventually.
Hunter Myers
We could always just chain all of our bumpers together.
