Is there an alternative to QCMA for backups?

I thought I could extract WiiWare games using USB Loader the same way I do disc-based games, but they don't show up on my external. Either I'm retarded and doing something wrong, or there's another method for extraction that no one talks about anywhere because no one cares about WiiWare titles. Well 11.0 is technically downgradeable, and everything up to 10.7 can be downgraded just like you did
