How do you even use soul fighter? do you use just one stance or do you switch?
i just started doing blackram narrows and i fail to see any synergy in switching, by the time i burn
my stacks and cooldowns of one stance the timer to switch is still not up, it feels better to just sit in kungfu stance all the time.

You mostly do sit in kung fu stance but when you get high enough level you will swap to ranged briefly for AOE, some burst and a couple quick chi stacks.

I usually save it for groundcounters, cause frankly I dont see any other use for it. Every time I use it on a blocking target, they WALK or jump out of it, literally circle strafe me during the animation.

I just dont get the idea of a targeted skill, that cannot be used in a small aoe in front of you and yet still can be walked out of.

The two classes I mentioned before, I usually pull them into a CC or something. But I dont have HM Z so mine is way lower cooldown.

I dont have hm z either, but after using pull+c, thus forcing the f-roll I have the option of using rush to force their spin tab. If I dont have rush up, I have to waste my anklebiter to kd them right after the roll, boot to stun into the groundcounter and then I have nothing to get them out of the tab spin.

You can Q LMB or tab or Q/SS 3.

the 3 is probably the best since you dont have to time it precisely. You just use it while they're still popped up in the air from their tab and they'll be dazed before they can mash out another move.

In situations where the team just stays as a group and zergs a cap point, caps it, then leaves to move onto another (while a straggler from the other team just recaps it 5 seconds after), should I just join them and not give a fuck or should I continue trying to defend a point alone and getting gangbanged?

You should run away from fights that are obvious losses unless you can stall and keep the point long enough to outweigh when you eventually die. If you run then go to the point your team isn't going to. If you can't take that point then your team loses because they're bad and there's nothing you can do about it.
