Because HotS is in the Starcraft engine. Either Blizzard's art assets department was too lazy or had too much shit to do to bother with any model exportation (meme word for simplicity sake).
I'm half glad they didn't just make Li Li's model an adult version but at the same time her current one in WoW looks like some intern pooped it out for MoP. All they did was gib her a new staff.
Also regarding the Starcraft engine, I feel like they used to same programming for kiting in Brood War that they did in WoW whenever they made it back in 2004. But it's strange how the /follow command doesn't do the same moveset.

MoP was refreshing after the meh-ness that was Cata.
Plus that cinematic was beautifully well done and brought the game back to the Warcraft 1-3 roots.
We also got best adventurer out of it. Li Li's lore is top notch because Blizzard tossed it off to 3rd party writers who knew what the fuck they were doing.

I hate cataclysm not because of the gameplay but because they raped the world for their deranged amusement. It's different but I get what he's saying. I also don't get it because while I would never play a panda I don't think they're really that bad.

The fish traits are a chance to catch the whole fish pool in one go and the chance seems to be something like 30%, if not higher. They are pretty useful compared to the shitty top golden trait

The second golden trait is nice since you can swap on your pole if you are trying to get away from enemies in water or if you don't have endless water breathing. The waterwalking trait is also kinda shitty since it takes a while to activate after dismounting so it's just easier to use a potion, a raft or just stop on land
