I created a 100 Pala with the Intention of healing. So I choose the holy artifacts and was surprised how cool doing it was since you actually have to heal the npcs.

I wanted to level via dungeons and learn healing that way, but I cant enter them because of bad gear score and I dont want to do quests as holy since its painfully slow.

Speak to a paladin trainer and enter the proving grounds, you get a party of NPCs you have to keep alive. It should get you used to healing.
