I have both a Shadow Priest and a Warlock at similar gear and artifact levels, as I rerolled a priest after Warlock turned out to suck absolute cock gameplay-wise at 110 with 1 golden trait. No, not even having 30% haste fixes it.
My Chaos Bolt takes two years to cast, requires a resource and can in fact hit for what my priest crits with MB or especially SW:D.
My UA requires two soul shards to match per-tick damage of my priest's VT OUTSIDE OF VOID FORM.

My priest has 32% haste, 21% crit and 33% mastery in his shadow set, my Warlock in Destro set has 30% haste, 23% crit and 20% mastery, in Affli set he has 13% crit, 24% haste and 77% mastery.
They both oscillate around 840 ilvl.

So yeah.

Shadow AoE is ridiculously undertuned. Either Mind Sear needs to deal more damage or Shadow Crash needs to be made baseline and replaced by the pvp talent Mind Link.
Other than that there's the ramp-up time Shadow has before it starts tearing shit apart, and if you fail your VF's before you activate your final form, you will have major problems. They should consider making Void Lord baseline.

Other than that no issues, plays great, feels great, tons of fun, decent numbers.
