I usually ult Rein/Genji/Reaper/76/McCree, people who can do good damage in a timely manner and can benefit greatly from the movement speed bonus. I'm not boosting D.vas or defense heroes.

Once in a great while I get a round where nobody on the team can get any kills whatsoever no matter how hard I try.

Thank god it's just quickplay, but I've watched people whiff their shots on sleeping tanks.

To be honest I'd nanoboost an out of mech d.va (which is what I'm going to imagine you meant to type) or a mercy in quick play to watch them squirm.
