It's might just be a tutorial for the coop system. There's also stuff like SUB_BATTLE, GUN_BATTLE, AllOut_Attack_BATTLE, CHANGE_BATTLE, etc. That one just stood out because it's at the end, whereas all the tutorial-sounding ones are at the start.
