Top Fucking Tier. They will clear all content easily and effectively. -LL -Sengoku -Inthawk -Corazon (albeit slow) -Cavendish -Jimbe
Top Tier. They will still clear most if not all content, but have somewhat of a clutch. -SW Ace (good shooters like Zephyr and World don't appear until somewhat later) -Whitebeard (need to be at low HP, could otherwise be at Top Fucking Tier) -Crocodile (need to be at low HP + need Cerebral units, which the best ones are RR) -Doflamingo (Best Driven units are RR too) -Fujitora (Same as Doflamingo) -Rayleigh (shitty special, slightly falls off)
Reroll Tier, units that are still great, but that have a niche use that someone who's just starting won't care for. -Barto -SW Shanks -Marco -Lucci -Sabo -Law -Aokiji/Kuzan -Kizaru/Borsalino

I'd put Corazon into T3 to be honest. Forests are the only thing you can get away with clearing just once, and there are friend Cora's to help you with that.

Anyone else taking this opportunity to use Buffalo and/or Funk Brothers and take them as captains for Wapol? P.S.: Damage calculator doesn't work for their captain ability.
