I just usually farm and only gank its a guaranteed kill until I hit level 6 and maybe get Warrior. Once you hit that powerspike, you can walk into lane/the enemy jungle and wreck people 1v1 because isolation q is balanced. Usually as Kha in teamfights you just wait for an opportunity to come up, as someone is bound to become isolated or get low. Think of how Katarina needs to wait to go in to get resets and apply that to Kha.

After the mandatory Sheen > Triforce rush, I still build Youmuu's for the flat armor pen and mobility. Then I go straight into IE > Shiv > Phantom. Ditch boots or a crit item for Maw/Sterak's/Last Whisper/lifesteal if you need.

Should i take Akali into a ranked silver game? I just got mastery 5 with her through normals and feel confident in my playstyle but I usually use something easy like annie when going for ranked.
