I downgraded, started the Luma setup and now I want to restore my emunand and backups.

I'm starting the 3DS but the screen is black. Like it lights up slightly but its black. Tried holding start for the hourglass stuff but its not working.

I think you can download that DLC through freeshop. There should be a tab with a list of all your installed games somewhere in freeshop, and you can download the DLC through that tab.

I don't know if you can download the DLC for streetpass from the freeshop but for the other games if the game has available DLC a yellow ! symbol is on the title. if you click it asks you if you want to download the DLC associated with it

It does give me an option to delete DLC from games I already have DLC installed, like Smash Bros and FE Awakening

I think I played about 4-8 hours of SHTIV before I get pissed off that most of the battles were very one sided and based on which element monsters you picked. And you could get completely wiped if the monster got lucky.
