HoS is a big jump in difficulty compared to the main game, however, absolutely doable on lvl 29.
If that fucker bothers you, just freewheel out of there, they will only chase you for so long. Be warned though, that fight is pretty easy compared to some that are still to come.

What level should I start HoS and B&W at? I finished the game on easy mode for the story and now I'm at the Bloody Baron stage on NG+ on Death March and am at lvl. 40.
