Well I optimized the decisions I did after reading the wiki so they can have the minimum performance impact possible. I changed how apostasy works from being only an opinion modifier for being a trait which makes all muslims hate you (the old modifier meant that if you converted someone after they started hating you for apostasy, for example, they would keep on hating you).

Now it works with a decision too, but you don't need to have the apostate as your prisoner. He just needs to be in your realm, once charged any muslim can take action against him.

Going back to Islam won't clear the apostasy though. It's not inheritable, but it means you won't ever be able to go back to a muslim realm.

This stuff made me realize something, which is the problem of the top liege. Saladin, for example, is the coptic top liege of Egypt. The decision made so the coptic lords of egypt would be ok with me executing him despite they caring more about him than me. There's a problem in making a muslim lord being able to enforce muslim law in a christian realm, for example. So now these decisions are only activated if the top liege is a muslim, then you can follow islamic rules. If you are under a christian ruler, it's christian rules.

The thing is, Muslims take apostasy very seriously. While you can't charge someone with apostasy in a non muslim realm (and get free imprisonment), you can still execute them. If you have a reason to execute them like the old opinion modifier gave, no one have a fuck. The decision makes them give a fuck. If you execute someone for apostasy in a non muslim realm (through the custom decision, if you do it normally everyone gets pissed at you), all the lords that shared a religion with the executed will get pissed at you as if you executed the guy without a just cause, while the muslim will like you more. You can't imprison apostates in non muslim realms, but if they fall in your hands you can still execute them for points with your fellow muslims. This contributes to a civil war scenario, where the muslims start grouping together while lords of the religions that are being attacked stick together more against the muslims. The realm becomes split.

Anyway, I just need to fix localization and make a decent icon for the apostate trait.

In a bundle sure. Modern Times is basically an expansion pack. Check out G2A or Kinguin for bundles though.
Tropico 5 is junk, avoid it. Tropico 2 is weird pirate era slavery experiment that went wrong and Tropico 3 is basically worse Tropico 4 with much worse humor. Also games are piss easy but comfy but campaign is fun due to tongue in cheek humor.
