Me, I don't. I don't want the extra weight that an AWD and hybrid system will add to the car. The Supra formula is RWD, inline-6 with a turbo or two. If you want 6 cylinders, a turbo, and AWD, get a Skyline.

But let me just clarify how fucking retarded you are.

The supra is not pigfat for what it is, it's actually quite light.

Compare it with an aventador, which weighs over 200kg more. Or an audi s5. In the bracket it competes, it's actually quite light.

The supra is NOT some lightweight touge machine, it was never designed for that. It was not a GT car either.
It was a japanese muscle car with a focus on being lightweight and turning.

Which it actually does quite well, with a 51/49 weight distribution. It also lends itself very, very well to upgrades now modern technology is better.

As someone who idolizes the Supra, I agree with everything you said.

I don't consider there to be an objectively best car, but in terms of Japanese cars of the 90s, the was at least top 5, and those it competed against brought its own character, strengths, and weaknesses.

And as someone on team GTR, i would even say it's better at some things.

But the amazing thing about both cars is that with a bit of tuning, they can compete with modern supercars. And not just compete, they can win.

They're just flat out great canvasses for a tuner, to put it bluntly. Amazing starting points to build upon and make better with modern technology.

The MKIV supra actually was slightly more expensive than e36 m3s

This could be really good though. BMW's drivetrains are very good and Lexus's recent chassis and suspension setups are very good. Combining the two might just work.
