Why did Gaijin add AP/HVAP/APDS ammo to SPAA? Killing planes only really needs low pen HE ammo. Why add in ammo that can kill tanks? They clearly did this because they knew SPAA would be a tank destroyer in WT.

Because those tanks were equipped with those shells IRL. Why they gave HVAP to the SPAAs that never served is beyond me, though.

After the cougar there lots of places to go without going full retard. Very early afterburning jets wouldn't be too bad since there are already faster jets than them, unguided air to air rockets were pretty poop, and very early A2A missiles would only be seriously problematic for Tu-4s.
