Just but the awp (most powerful gun) and try to play like you're the scout. People in cs play the opposite of tf2 (low sensitivity vs high) so you'll be almost impossible to hit

Aim for the middle of mass (chest) with all weapon. This makes it much more likely to hit. Since guns in CS deal so much more damage, this means you get kills faster by being more accurate instead of hoping for an RNG headshot. This is also how the US military trains you to fire, so it's pretty smart.

Also buy and use your nades frequently. All grenade effects are based on proximity, so for example a flashbang blinds you longer if it goes off by your head rather than if you're just looking at a flash directly go off from far away
