i feel like mccree would've been a better character if more of his weight came from his abilities rather than an over-the-top powerful LMB.

like for example

LMB - now only deals 50% bonus damage for headshots
RMB - unchanged
Shift - combat roll replaced with Deadeye. Mccree locks himself in place, homing in on a single target. Works the same as Deadeye except you pick the target you want to "duel" and can't change it, and it charges the damage a little slower. 12s cooldown.
E - unchanged
Q - Deadeye replaced with Call Horse. Mccree whistles and after a second he hops onto his trusty horse which just so happens to be running past. The horse adds 200 health and 200 shield to Mccrees health bar and makes him move faster than sprint speed, although his ability to strafe is removed (A and D turns the horse, aiming around turns mccree around) and the horse takes time to accelerate and brake (when summoned it moves at maximum speed). Mccree can use all his other abilities while on the horse, and Deadeye doesn't slow the horse down. Trampling an enemy who is stunned or asleep deals 120 damage.

The only canon couple that we know of at this point was WidowxGerard. There's also Ana and whoever fathered Fareeha but that won't be brought up until some point in the future if they can work it in naturally.

This is the exact opposite of what would need to happen to fix this game

Abilities (and especially fucking ults) are too powerful across the board for all heroes compared to basic left clicks.

I noticed one of Reinhardts limitations is his movespeed, if someone is running away from you on one direction you cannot keep up with them to melee them. Is there any strategy to overcome this?

Genji and Dva are good picks. There are no strict counters, which is the case for most heroes.
