assuming you're not an Ascendant, it should only be possible to get 120 passive skill points, right? 18 from quest rewards, 3 from bandits, and 99 if you're level 100. I've seen two build planners so far, though, one had 125 skill points by default, and the other had 122. Why is that? Am I missing something?
