They've said they were going to look into the film grain effect. They could also be adding in the RoI patrol/public event changes and whatnot for the weekend leading up to it to build hype. Who knows.

OCD collector/perfectionist here: Will Destiny: The Collection have EVERYTHING included with it? And I'm not talking about the DLCs that added trophies. I'm talking about the previous bonuses for getting the other expansions and stuff like that. I quit Destiny really early on during either the first or second event when I realized that because I stopped playing for a few days I wouldn't be able to get all the event items in time, and I'm still salty about that.

TLDR; Will Destiny: The Collection include previous "exclusive" emotes and skins and guns and all that crap?
