In pretty much all of the games the flame buff has been one of the only ones that only get applied to the BLADE of the weapon while the other buffs put the effect on the entire weapon which looks stupid. And don't get me started on the retarded coloration they started applying to buffs.

They just use Blacksteel Katanas with a special lightning buff that you don't have access to, just like the Royal Guards. The closest you can get is Gold Pine Resin or Sunlight Blade.

You can get the ordinary alonne knight katana which has fucking strong r2s, but not the cool blue lightning one with the corroded sheath.

I mean unbuffable as in it doesn't come with a buff not that you can't buff it at all
